So disappointed! This was a top game!

I used to love this game. I played it a year or so ago and the old game had the same currency for every group of four hotels. This version has a different currency for each individual hotel. It is a dastardly slow process to build up enough money to update the hotels. You used to be able to play old hotels to build up cash while collecting gems and boosts but not anymore. The new suggestions on what to upgrade next on each hotel is horrifically inaccurate. Wow! I cannot believe how bad. Knowing this ahead of time and updating the hotels in the most common sense order is better than trying futilely to pass levels with their suggestions. You absolutely can watch videos to earn boosts, gems and money to upgrade but you will be collecting for many many days to play just one or two levels at a time. If you’re patient you can get there, but if you want to actually play for a couple of hours you’ll have a hard time. I liked the addition of the three new characters that give you an extra boost for levels but again it’s very hard to get enough tokens to use them. I have not been able to try the new premium hotels because it is a very long time to earn keys from the side quests to open them. I’m sure they’re fun! They have kept the old annoying competitions where you only qualify for levels won back to back. You can only string along a few levels at a time if you play free. Just ignore these, the prizes aren’t great anyway. I am disappointed that this so unplayable now. I guess they are making too much from microtransactions from frustrated players. Too bad. One final word: you can watch videos for boosts etc. every hour unless you make a purchase. If you make a purchase, those freebies disappear and you will have to delete and start again to get free things again. When you first begin videos are only every five hours but be patient and by the fifth day or so you’ll get them every hour.

I loved it in the beginning you could actually make progress and have fun. Now that I’ve been playing for a few years it is becoming paid to play.

I really enjoyed the game when it was called Turbo Team before the update. But now it’s just way to fast and fail each time. I don’t think I will play the game anymore.

Impossible - Actually

jessicadonnaa on

The game is actually impossible to complete. There is one level (VERY early on, level 32) that requires over 600 “guest tips” to complete. With all guests at their full tip capacity, the maximum you can accumulate is still below 550 “guest tips”. Am I supposed to log into the game every single day for weeks in the hopes of receiving daily gifts of gems to be able to unlock the correct booster that can help me beat the level? Then what do I do at the next level with a similar objective? It’s a game designed to make you impatient and spend money. The sad part is, if they allowed you to really play and enjoy the game you might be more inclined to support the developers! But it’s all just one big cash grab unfortunately.

Cash Grab. Need more free power ups

This game is so fun but I cannot advance anymore without spending money. Which I’m not doing. If you want people to play this game you may want to update the game and let us at least watch ads to get power ups. We need gems to advance, so give us gems. Moving onto another game. ✌️
