I went to purchase the robbery pack 2- 3 times then bought gold a couple times and the robbery would show up for a second then disappear and the gold never showed up to my account but my account was charged unacceptable

I enjoy playing the game but today I can’t log in and play it’s stuck loading and I can’t find anywhere to lose to report the bug fix! Also o do not know how to level up to 4 at all so that I can actually play in factions I’m just stuck level 3 no matter what I do I can’t make progress to play anywhere else besides an open world where I can’t really do anything .

There’s a bug in the tutorial level that randomly restarts it at a random point. I make it past said level because of it.

Suggestions
Could you add a variety of pedestrians to make the city feel more alive? New weapons would be a good addition to the game, and maybe not have trees and bushes break when you crash into them, also vehicle damage would give you a reason to be cautious when driving. In addition to this, vehicle repair shops could be added around the map. Maybe you guys could add single player missions? One more suggestion, if you can, do you think you can rerelease the old version and call it “Alt City Classic”?
