My worst experience - it feels like someone got a kickback for launching this app with Aster CMI. Having trouble entering the app and doing video consultations. The struggle with this application may force me to seek mental consultations.

Worst app I have ever come across . Not sure why doctors of Aster CMI are recommending to use this app for appointment booking . For last two hours I am trying to upload documents as doctor from Aster CMI has asked us to do . Only then she will to do a follow up check online .

Really bad app! Just doesn’t serve the purpose for what it was created.

The app does not work , i fillled in all the details and when I submit the app just vanishes .. wasted 1 hour of my time and still without any success

Completely useless and garbage app. Not able to even sign up

I have never seen such worst app in my entire life, we should give a year of the choice award for Aster management for associating with such company, and whoever built should really really be hating their job Or their company may be they forgot to pay them the salary.

Absolutely useless user flow. Perhaps someone needs to tell them to do user flow testing before releasing the app. Ridiculous for a large hospital like Aster cmi to push users to download this app for online consultation

Can’t believe that a premium superspeciality hospital like Aster CMI has tied up with this useless app for video consultations! I’m sure there are better alternatives in the market and I’m sure Aster can afford them for the exorbitant fees that they charge. Was unable to book a video consultation on this pathetic app despite the Aster customer care person staying on the line to help guide me. The navigation is confusing and broken. The app is a usability minefield and nothing works. Deserves to be abolished immediately!

It does not accept payments and due to that unable to book an appointment, quite frustrating when this is the only option to book a video consultation with a doctor in times of urgency.

Once appointment is booked we can’t make a call to doctor. Also we can’t message to doctor
