Create your own graph paper for printing or markup
Despite the tag saying this app was available in English, when I downloaded it, it was not translated. But, since it was free & didn’t collect any data, I gave it a try. I think the point is to create your own graph paper for printing out. Press the buttons to specify how many grid lines and where you want the X/Y center (origin) to be. (If it got buggy, I closed & restarted it.) From there, I created a screenshot and used the built-in image viewer and Apple Pencil to draw on it. For my simple purpose, it worked.
