Very inspirational. I looked forward to opening the app each morning and reflecting on what was said. Perfect for beginners. My stress lowered, I appreciate the little things in life. I wish I could start the app all over again.
Very good app
This is a good gratitude journalling app. Simple and straightforward. Everyday you are presented with a positive message and positive ways to reflect on your life. I have noticed my stress and anxiety levels reduce. I use this app together with daily mindfulness meditation. It would be nice to be able to save all my thoughts to another location for future reflection. Thanks for creating this app :)
