Graton Rewards

One of the hardest app to use. I decided to delete this app after I enter this review. It’s not user friendly. No instructions how to connect to the slot machine. Everything was a guess to the next step. Never again. Thanks for trying Graton, not really.

It was easy to use, but not anymore

Used to be able to see points/rewards etc. now there’s no way to login. Just an error message about maintenance

Your app and website is garbage. Very frustrating and difficult to navigate on. Whenever we try to get a room with the promo code. You cannot 100% of the time change the code like it says on the app or website. Or what the instructions says are your monthly fliers. We love your casino but honestly. Your IT department is lacking majorly. For how many weeks now , we are not able to see our reward points balance nor are we able to what tier level we at. All it says it’s under maintenance. Please help and fix this. We would like to stay at you hotel in near future. Thanks

Quick to take your money from your bank account and you may never see it again if you withdraw and send it back. I never got my money back and I called them several times to tell them that. They just kept saying it’s your bank because we see that it says success on our end. Well it’s been almost a month and there still isn’t anything. Please fix your glitches in your system before having people use your app to put their money on. Investigate fully before saying “well it’s your bank” because it wasn’t my bank. My bank is very good at releasing funds. Almost feels like a scam.

This is the best casino around. My sister and I ❤️ to spend time at this awesome casino. Great customer service and great games!
