love how clearly laid out the app is, and it’s really easy to navigate. I feel like as a beginner this is a great guide on how to get started.
Got the app after purchasing Gravity Fitness XL parallettes. Found it super easy to use, very user friendly and the clear guided videos helped me get started with my equipment. Would recommend to anyone starting out in Calisthenics or anyone looking to add in new exercises to their routine
I’ve reached a point in my training life, to try and do something different. This app and company have inspired me to try new and exciting exercises. I’ve asked Santa (my wife) for a steel maceball. Let the games begin.
Excellent instructional and guidance to those completely new to this type of exercise or those who are well practiced. Great app 👌🏻
Amazing App! This app has already inspired me to continue my development with callisthenics (as a beginner and mum of two!) there’s a wide range of videos meeting all capabilities from beginner to advanced. Filters allow you to find the videos that work best for you (for example, which equipment you have available). There really is something for everyone!
Easy to use app, good demo videos showing the progressions of beginner to advanced calisthenics skills!
The app is really good, with well planned workouts suitable for all levels. I really like the look and the accessibility too.
As an absolute Cali beginner this app has been super helpful with great demo videos, programming and support…haven’t felt as excited or confident to move in a long time and feeling so much better for it!
Lots of clear videos of exercises but the programmes aren’t great. A beginner programme for the bar has a one arm pull up with a band (extremely hard) and then the times between exercises also don’t make sense (90 sec pauses for very simple exercises and 10 between hard ones)
