Great Barr Cars

Sick and tired of pre-booked bookings being cancelled at the last minute. Cars are always late- I book 8 hours in advance and they still can’t be bothered to fulfil the booking. Avoid

I used Great Barr cars today the taxi came really quick and the driver was really friendly he helped us for shopping

Since their last update the times it gives you are totally misleading, 3 times this week I’ve sat waiting almost half an hour for a car that was 5 minutes away.

They don’t even know where Round the corner is, absolutely terrible service. Rude staff, no taxi. Avoid.
