Have been trying to log in for more than 10times by authenticating with singpass, but the app keeps showing error 404 and 526. Pls look into this.

Can’t login via GreatID as app just displays a blank screen after clicking “login via GreatID”. Pls help to resolve. :(
App persistent down error app
App keep having server error for a few days. Think this not a new issue but persistent problem for months. User experience is very disappointing
1-1 birthday deal
Nice to see this deal and is valid on weekends too. While the choices aren’t too appealing, it is a pleasant surprise to find this deal in the Great Eastern Rewards app which I have not noticed before. Staffs at Nex were pleasant and efficient even though there was a big crowd during dinner time. Thanks GE for this gesture. Should include free ice cream though.
