Unable to launch the app, it happened just today
I used it to manage my investment , would you please resolve it as soon as possible
Compatible with iOS 11 ?
Based on that, requirements met. Still, APP not opening fully on iPad iOS 12, launches to show GE logo only. That’s it forever. On the other hand, APP works on iPhone iOS 12 with a bug - cannot login with Great ID, shows a blank page after selecting. What about login with Singpass? No issue. Why like that? Can developers test and fix?
IOS Update
App doesn’t open & just exit after latest IOS Update! Please help resolve. Thank you.
This app keep crashing for one month
Since last month I installed and login my account, after a few days, I found I can never open the app anymore , every time I open , it just crash , and I don’t believe this problem last for so long time. Can I still trust your company? Can I still put my money in your company? I have long term investment in your company!
a lot of app instability and error
It’s app with poor function. Half of the time not loading pages correctly during purchasing a policy. It also wrongly list one bank as their eGiro banks. The sales agent said my phone got issue, but later I called the bank and was informed great eastern is not one of the insurance companies having eGiro with them.
