Great starter program for habit training.
Decent set of apps so I bought the bundle. They are slowly pushing updates to each app that makes you pay again. DO NOT UPDATE THE APP IF YOU ALREADY PAID. I now have two of their workout apps that I PURCHASED and PAID for “premium” features are now useless unless I pay another 4 bucks. They haven’t responded to emails and keep pushing out app updates.
I was using this app for months and loving it. Unfortunately, I updated it yesterday and now I have to pay a monthly fee so it looks like I’ll delete this now. Why would anyone pay money for something like this?
This app is far too easy and really should include images or videos of each workout.
Nice workout but you need a stretching video and videos of each move rather than simply still shots
Love the easy to use interface and the clean look. Great for beginners. (Aka: me) love the non-pressure and easy flow. Like how you can click on the exercise for pictures and definitions.
It starts you up slowly but by the end of the program, you'll be a stronger person without even realizing how much you just did. Amazing.
So happy with it
Great app keep up the good work on these apps I have the collection and they rock.
