Panel clinics cannot use CO Pay and app also not able to submit claim 🙁

Very straightforward.
Submitting documents
Difficult to upload and submit documents on mobile app
Letter of Guarantee does not work
The Letter of Guarantee function does not work. No pull-down menu or choices. Cannot complete for submission.
E-Card does not load
Everything in the app works except the most important thing - the e-card. I was at the clinic and had no way to get my visit claimed because the e-card was not loading.
