New Zealand's best guide and tracking app for the NZ Great Rides a partner of the NZ Cycle Trail
Once a trail is downloaded it can work offline:
• To track your position along the trail using your phone's GPS.
• Showing key stops on the trail with photos and descriptions.
• Providing information about trail sections with elevation profiles.
• Identifying bike-related services to help you along your ride.
• As a guide with trail information all packaged into one app.
All the trail data has been carefully collected on-site then compiled with relevant trail side attractions and points of interest. Key sites can be found on the map screen and selected to provide more information, photos, and links.

Fantastic service
The guy who writes and supports this app is amazing and super helpful. The local rangers and I were riding a Rotorua trail that is now no longer a great ride, and he put it back for us for the weekend so that we could follow it and not get lost. Love this app and have used it often and am ticking my way off around the country via it. Keep up the fantastic work
Great rides
Extremely hard to read content in great rides app when most of the text is in black. Can’t it be changed to white? Otherwise good detail
Super useful app!
Love this app - we are working through the great rides as a family and this app has helped us plan our trips. Small request - the dark grey background has made the black txt really hard to read. Possible to lighten the background? That’s my only suggestion - other than that, it is super intuitive, very informative, and gives a great overview of the amazing rides available in NZ
App enhancement?
Hi Gary-great app. Some of the tours have the write up in black characters on dark background which makes it very hard to read -e.g queenstown trails. Can that be changed for easier reading?

Not good to show all the trails that we have around.
Need grading
Can’t find grade and/or ‘normal’ cycle tour or Mountain bike trail.
Great tool
Super easy app to get you out and about in an active way! Had a small technical issue, emailed and was looked into (and solved) within 24 hours. Don’t see that often!
