Great Wolf Lodge

As a Brit, I plan to visit one of the Lodges in the near future, specifically the Anaheim/Southern CA or Niagara Falls locations. This app provides everything I will need to research and book my trip (minus the flights to get me stateside and back home again, of course 💁‍♂️)! It would be great if an iPad version/compatibility was released, as I use an iPad sixth generation to use this app and the app doesn’t have functionality for the larger screen size. Other than that, top marks, and I can’t wait to book my trip!!

So far I like the app and the ease of use!

The app would be great for my stay overall but while their regular website supports signin with Google for some reason they left this functionality out of the app so it’s not as good.

This app is amazing but one suggestion is that we should schedule check in and checkout

Love the app but I wish it would be more interactive by this I mean the you get points through the app for the activities you do , also create a chat room like instagram messenger

When you first arrive you are greeted by paid parking which isn’t indicated on the website. And the employee that greeted us clearly didn’t belongg at this resort, as he told us and assured he wrote 11 but ended up writing 77 (other side of resort). I mean seriously, how stupid do you have to be to not scene be able to read your own handwriting! Upon ordering a pizza, you see the really nice pizza on the website. Even the in room ads show the same pizza. But when it arrives it has extremely tiny pepperonis, and day old sitting out cheese. Not only do they have terrible pizza, but their cheapskate owner has obviously cut costs anywhere he can, especially with the room. There is terrible lighting and half the room is dark most of the time, and to make matters worse there are paper thin blankets and an extremely cold resort. Not to mention the fact half the magi quest stations are unworking. Not worth the money. DO NOT GO! No

I like the app but it’s not updating my reservation with changes I made over the phone. I’m guessing my only option is to make sure everything is correct when I get there which negates the automated check in process.

App had my reservation and now suddenly cannot find it even though it’s still valid and has not been cancelled.

I really enjoyed this trip. I got a gift certificate from a friend so didn’t have to worry much about room, waterpark, food costs. I did like that when spending the night you can go out and get food and bring leftovers and enjoy food from the outside. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. Downsides: I do have some downsides though, the hot tub had a really rough interior which if your not extremely careful, you’ll cut your leg/foot just like I did. And yes, I do expect a waterpark will be slippery but I fell multiple times by the hot tub and exit of the blue slides. I have also fallen in the locker room area and hit the floor the hardest in the arcade. The arcade gets super slippery when lots of people walk in with wet bathing suits. While in the hot tub, lots of younger kids were splashing around. And yes, the Hot tub is for everyone, it makes it hard to relax when kids splash around. That lazy river is super fun, the two downsides to it are that it doesn’t move you like a normal lazy river, and once you go around you’ll float back out to the entrance of the river itself and now around to do another lap.
