Access code keeps getting denied
This app was doing fine until today I went to log in and my Face ID got denied same with my access code, this is also happening with my family members. Please get this fixed 🙂.

This app was doing fine until today I went to log in and my Face ID got denied same with my access code, this is also happening with my family members. Please get this fixed 🙂.
So buggy and slow now since the update - every few days accounts that were physically closed in branch reappear in my app - how that’s possible who knows - but it’s so frustrating when your accounts move around every few days. I hide them again and they reappear in a few days.
I find every so often even when adding your correct details it won’t let you log in and I have to constantly change my password and quick long in code. Very frustrating when your in the middle of a transaction or trying to transfer money and pay bills. Also you now have to log into and out each time you do a transaction just to get a balance. Not the best app to be honest.
The update to the app is unnecessary, it now requires me to take more steps to complete tasks within the app.
I’m having problems with viewing quick balance after last update
The app was fine until the new update now every time I log on it logs me back out again. I could be half way through a transaction or just finished punching in my password. It’s frustrating because it happens nearly every single time! Not just me either everyone has been complaining & frustrated about it. 2 months after developer contacted me I’m still having the same issue.
Omg this new version is driving me crazy. Please fix the logout issue. 🥴
Since updating several months ago this app is borderline unusable. I am constantly logged out of the app and have to do two factor authentication relentlessly until it stops glitching and lets me enter the code. I am logged out at the most irritating moments such as when trying to transfer money to someone or between my accounts, or even when doing nothing but trying to check my balance. This is highly irritating and frustrating and needs to be fixed. Clearly from the mass amount of other users having the same issue this is a big problem but greater bank seems to be doing nothing to fix it!
The new update is terrible, constantly logging me out when I’m logging in, comes up saying “session expired” even when I’ve just logged in. The app worked perfectly fine before this. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to pay rent or pay something else and I’m putting details in and BAM.. session expired!
Needs an update, keeps signing out when halfway through transactions very annoying
