Green Chef: Healthy Recipes

5 stars. Very good quality food and I preferred over blue Apron. However when I wanted to cancel a while, the cancellation is either incredibly hard to find on the app or non existent. The FAQ tells you to do it on web but mobile browser doesn’t have he option either. Instead talk to an agent and have them try to convince me to pause or take a credit.

Wish there were non dairy alternatives.

The food and recipes are good however I see it has become more often that the recipes have additional fees for proteins more than it used to be. I will use the service for a little longer but pretty soon I can’t afford. The food arrives cold and in great shape. It’s bagged up nicely and the quality of produce is great most of the time

I love my Green Chef boxes… So convenient very fresh fabulous recipes and extremely satisfying. Had an affordable price you can’t beat it. I’m so glad I gave Green Chef a chance.

This app is way too glitchy. Recipes don’t load, nutritional info sometimes doesn’t load. Very annoying

I indicated gluten free on my order and they sent me gluten filled items. I immediately wrote them an email for a refund and to cancel, and they still charged me. 0/10 do not recommend

We’ve tried several of these meal kits, premade meals to be microwaved and good chops. so far this is the best. I only wish that when you upgrade the meal, it wasn’t so expensive. I think adding $8.99 per serving to get a more interesting meal can get very expensive. I find that the most appetizing looking meals i’ll have an up charge. For the most part, everything is fresh and appetizing.

Every other time I change menu order, the app does not save the changes

This is an app rating not a food rating. I’ve written to everyone I possibly can about this problem before coming here. Like several weeks ago. No updates have changed the problem. If you misplace the irl recipe card they mail with the food, you are screwed! Because they don’t include the recipe in the app. There a button for “cooking steps” that leads you to a page that literally says “Download the recipe card to view cooking cooking steps” and then no instructions how to get said “recipe card.” No button. No link. No nothin. If you go to the website on your phone, it directs you back to this page in the app. It’s absolutely crazy making. I have 2 toddlers and a early onset dementia in-law in my household. Loose recipe cards do not last long here. lol. PLEASE HELP! If this problem gets fixed, I’ll change this review to five stars. The food is delicious.
