メッセージの操作性が…
デザインもおしゃれで、カジュアルな会社様が揃っている印象です。しかし、一番大事なのはチャット画面が使いづらいです。
UI等良し、検索機能悪し
UIの使いやすさや求人の見やすさ、実際の企業とのやりとりはやりやすくて良いです。特にベンチャー・スタートアップ系の求人が豊富で、そういう企業志向の人にはとても良いと思います。 ただ、検索機能、特にキーワード検索がなかなかひどく「本当にそのキーワードで検索してる？」ってレベルの検索結果が表示される。 そのため、「他サイトで検索して求人発見→web検索で改めてgreen掲載の同ポジション求人へアクセス→気になるへ登録→アプリで応募・メッセージ送信」という手間を挟まないといけないことが多々発生していたのがマイナス評価になります。 良いサービスを提供くださっているのですが、上記のようにあと一歩改善いただけるとより良いものになると思います。
職種による絞り込みができなくなった。
前までは職種絞り込みが存在していたが、今年のアプデでなくなった。 見やすさは他アプリよりも良いと今でも思う。……が、求人を探す身としては、職種も業種も絞り込めない求人アプリに利点は見出せない。 キーワード検索でそれっぽいことはできるが、求人や企業紹介文などに近いワードがあれば他の職種でも出てくるので、だからどうしたという話。
不用な強制アップデート
まじでやめてほしい。
絞り込みが機能していない
職種で絞り込みが出来なくなった。 キーワードに入れた職種が求人内に少しでも書かれていると検索に引っかかってしまうようです。 自分の探しているのと違う職種が出てきて話にならない。
メッセージが使いにくい
メッセージ入力中ソフトウェアキーボードが邪魔で送信ボタンが見えず押せなくなってしまいます。また、相手のメッセージも見えなくなってしまいます。 ソフトウェアキーボードが消せるのかもしれませんが消し方がわかりません。改善して頂けるとありがたいです。
スカウト詐欺
スカウトした企業が面談もしない最低すぎるサービス。改善もしない。仕様が最悪
求人が見れません
検索をして求人をスクロールしているとグレー画面になり、なにも見れなくなります。1度アプリをアンインストールして再度インストールしても同じように現象になりました。
再就職が決まりました
おかげさまで希望に合うとても良い会社に出会えました。感謝です。
