App has been giving an error message for a month now..I was at Green Turtle and the app wouldnt open after attempting to log in...error is stating issue with server...ease advise on troubleshooting options

I downloaded the app but I could not get it to work. Frustrating!

The app doesn’t open

Everytime i click on the app it just glitches out and doesn’t get past the loading screen. i’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still doesn’t work. I have coupons that i can’t use because the website doesn’t give me the option to add them to my order. please update the app!

App no longer works. Please fix!

Ugggh

Just downloaded the app yesterday at the suggestion of my server. Everytime I've attempted to login into the app since I keep getting some kind of error message.

Stopped Working

After the most recent iOS update, this app stopped working!

Terrible app

Worst app of any restaurant online ordering app I’ve ever used. It requires you to be connected to WiFi in order to use, is horribly glitchy, forces you to put in a tip even for curbside pick up. Just hate using it ever single time! You can do better! Love the food, though!

Love to hate!

The app is an awesome app to use in place orders, but it’s such a shame that the restaurant cannot complete its orders correctly. I use this app twice now to order food and have it delivered but each time the order is completely was missing items.
