Tree trimming done right
Booked a tree trimming, and the team was on time and super professional.
Very reliable!
They’ve been maintaining my plants for months, and I’m always impressed.
Wasn’t as good an experience
Let me start by saying - customer support is good. But the gardener was a disappointment. I used the app for booking a Gardner for plant health / that went good & he recommended to book the garden pest control so I did coz I liked what I read on the app. But to my disappointment- it was a workforce labour that showed up on my door ready to spray a famous pyrethroid without checking what the issue was. I explained that this particular chemical has been sprayed in the past but was ineffective & the guy ofcourse didn’t know anything else to do coz he’s not a gardener by training. So highly disappointed that when I book for an expert , I get a workforce person at my door. Had to cancel the service & ofcourse the customer care took care of it, hence the two stars.
