خدمة العملاء عسللللل خدمتهم ممتازة اشتركت بسبب اسلوبهم الروعة
شركة تغذية مظللة
للاسف لا يوجد مصداقية، اشتركت بخطة عالية بالبروتين ووصلني بشكل سيئ لا يكاد يوجد به بروتين
اشتراك غداء وعشاء عالي البروتين
لا يتم قياس الكمية بالوجبات ( بناء على تجربتي الشخصية )

خدمة العملاء سيئة جداً والسياسة فاشلة ( الاشتراك ٢٠ يوم يبدأ يوم الأحد الى الخميس) ويوصلون الوجبات بنفس اليوم مثلاً اشتراكي فطور وغداء ولايوصلني الطلب الا الساعة ٧ المغرب يعني باضطر اخبص خلال اليوم ، طلبت من خدمة العملاء الغاء الاشتراك والى الان مايردون علي واتساب واغلب الوقت موب موجودين
لو في اقل من نجمة عطيتهم !!!!!
ما امداني اشترك من و اول اسبوع خدمة اقل من الصفر !!! توصيل سيء اوقات مو دقيقة!!! انسو خدمة العملاء يردون عليكم انسووو … ادق على الرقم ترد علي عجوز تقولي نعم ؟؟ نعم ؟؟ نعامه الا نعم 😍💔 الواحد يبي يشترك ويريح راسه و ذول يزيدون الواحد هن فوق إلهم أستغفرالله بس

تاخير خدمة العملاء بالرد وتاخير المندوب كل يوم يتواصل معي مندوب قبلها بفتره ويقولون لي وقت ويتاخرون ويوصلون بوقت ثاني ويتحجج بسير الخط مو معقوله ثاني يوم واعاني كذا مع مناديب ياليت تحددون لي الاوقات المناسبه ومندوب محدد والمندوب مايتواصل معي الا وقت وصلوه فقط معليش انا مو فاضيه كل يوم ارسل موقع واجلس اساله كل شوي متى بتوصل وكل شوي يعطيني وقت هذا غير مقبول ابد !
