This app is horrid! It’s slow, glitchy, unreliable, unresponsive which wouldn’t be such a big deal if it didn’t also take my money every time I gets stuck on a loading screen or something. Customer service replies only when they feel like it. 0 stars!

I am unable to access my account. The reset is flaw. It claims that Apple passwords are not adequate. I have money on the app which is locked. Poor app assistance online.

The app has a glitch where it doesn’t download the machines to use. I’m currently trying to dry my wet clothes but it won’t show the dryers for me to choose to DRY MY CLOTHES. Had to find quarters

Takes money every time I login. Takes ur money straight up theft.

The app has changed me twice (but not reflected in app) and I cannot get a response for a refund. It also has locked up and lost a charge for a machine. Still no response.

Let’s be honest, anybody using this Greenwald Pay is forced to use it because of their living/laundry situation. After finally getting out of an apartment building into my own house, I’ve been attempting for six months to get my lousy three dollar balance back — they force you to pay in $10 minimum increments. Every email, crickets. Not surprising unfortunately because their app pretty much never worked and I would literally have to walk out onto the street and then walk back into the laundry room before the machines would receive it. Horrible app, unprofessional company and if I could rate it -1, I would.

He intentado recargar el saldo con mi tarjeta pero me da un error y no me permite hacerlo. He contacto al desarrollador de la app pero no responde. Cuando funciona la app es perfecto pero actualmente está presentándose este inconveniente.

No matter what I do: reinstall the app, close it out and start again, turn wifi on, turn wifi off, turn Bluetooth on/off… I cannot get this app to work! I keep getting the same error message “please check internet connection.” Never been so frustrated by an app, ever.
