This app and BT connection is horrible! Never will buy the trash brand again. If i could give minus 30 stars i would.

For robotic mowers, the Greenworks app lets you:
• View the installation guide
• Find useful tips for installation
• View and edit mower settings like scheduling, starting points, and security functions
• View mower status, like mowing, charging, and/or error messages
• Communicate commands with the mower like pause, park, and resume
• Get notified of mower errors and security messages (on select models)
• Track mower position (on select models)
For Bluetooth batteries, the Greenworks app lets you:

• Update the battery software

This app is pure garbage and Greenworks should be embarrassed
I don’t know who coded this piece of junk but they should be terminated only after being forced to do a year of trying to support it. I have had so many attempts and trying to pair the app, deleting it, re-adding it, changing my password so there are no special characters and I hate it now. I have half a mind to make Costco take this mower back
Pairing Failed
Tried to connect for 6 days. Finally deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked. Customer “No” Service was of no help. Chat and email are worthless. What happened to one-on-one contact? It was quick for the customer.
Can’t connect to server = fail
Worthless app
No server connection
After agreeing to all these bull crap licensee agreements, that’s about to now market to me with new products Ms I keep getting an error about not connecting to server!
Failed to pair
It seems like a great app, but it has no support. I get the error message “failed to pair” when attempting to register it with my mower, and there’s no response from support via email or phone. I wish I’d gone with a different company for my equipment.
Pairing problems
Downloaded the app. Tried to pair my brand new mower to the app but could not.
Horrible registration experience
Imagine spending thousands of dollars on a mower and having to use this GARBAGE app. I have spent the last hour trying to create an account. This app is so clumsy it’s not even funny. I am following all of their password rules and it even lets me continue like the password is fine, nope. The next screen you get says “this code is error”. Totally worthless.
Does not update
Worked when I unloaded zero turn mower off of trailer. Does not record half of use or keep accurate statistics. Glad the mower works better than this app.
Zero Turn
This app is worked almost flawlessly for me after I synced it properly make sure you are sitting on the seat and it’s been outside with a clear view of the sky for at least two minutes in order to get the GPS working properly but after I got it synced very easy to use and their tech-support was very helpful at least on the commercial side
