Very nice cards and wishes!

Why is it that when i have paid for the pro version that every card that i want to send has a banner on it? It did not pay for the full version to have a banner with greeting card app on every card that i want to send. I would not have bought that if i knew this. Can this be removed or can i get my money back when that is not possible. It is a very very annoying feature in the app and I think it is misleading when you don't mention it to people before they buy your product. Also the banner is blocking part of the card and that in itself is also very annoying. I want to send somebody a nice card and not a commercial about a app. Had some problem sending this in a normal mail so I am posting these questions here. Another thing that i don't need is the question if i want to rate this app every time i open it. That happens even when i don't close the app but was looking at something else on my ipad and come back to it to finished what i was doing.
