I’ve always loved what I’ve ordered through Social Print Studio! Today I had a question about an order on their Greetings app - I sent an email and got a very quick response that perfectly and clearly answered my questions. Could not have been smoother! And that’s a rare thing to find these days! Thanks!
I’ve always been happy with your products. I’ve used SPS for many different occasions.. Valentines cards, Mothers Day cards , birthday cards, and Christmas. Fun fun fun!!
It’s easy and fun to use, but if you hit back while on the first page of designing your card, you will lose everything and have to start over. Also, it does not except pasting text. It’s not easy to type cards on the tiny screen. In addition, making the type bigger looks good, but if you hit the magnifying glass icon to see it up close, the lines get all garbled.
Have used other apps and websites and this one is fast and easy and so far I love it! Have ordered the small albums and photo strips and everyone loves them!
This co prints are superb I like to send original cards to the special people in my life, this co makes it easy to do. Excellent service and I feel like I’m working with friends
I was disappointed at the text editing feature. I wanted to eliminate the header in the back side and move the text block up. Not allowed or else I couldn’t figure it out! Also, I would have liked to save my card and come back to it and finish. Had to start over several times. I would like a desktop version of your holiday cards.
I was very excited to support a smaller, woman-led team this holiday season. However, not only did the app glitch while I was processing my order, I have yet to receive any sort of communication from the company. The only confirmation I received was my credit card being charged. I was able to reach someone through their Instagram page but that was after numerous attempts to contact via email. Not sure if they have my email wrong or what but it’s correct when I log onto the app. I was notified today by UPS that a shipment label was created. Luckily via Instagram communication again, I was able to confirm the tracking number and those are in fact my holiday cards. Took longer than the 3-5 business days to process, which I would be so much more understanding if it weren’t for all the other issues. Hopefully my feedback helps them to fix their glitches. I was never given any sort of shipping info/selection while checking out. The app just glitched and a copy of my card appeared so I could save it. There’s no way to access order info on the app and again, something must be wrong with their emailing systems.
Selecting photos was not simple or intuitive.
