Shows same watering intervals for succulents and plants indoor and outdoor. Not reliable.

I’m disappointed in this app. It misidentified most of the plants I tried it with. It thought several of them were jewel orchids, when only one is that. It thought my green oxalis was a purple one. Not sure what use I’ll get from this app that only tracks a small number of my 75+ plants. Maybe for the beginning indoor gardener but not for those who try to grow the more unusual plants.

So I love this app, but there’s a couple of things wrong. First off, glitches. This isn’t the worst part but we’ll start with that. First, the app is very hard to get into. You have to wait hours and it’ll finally work. It didn’t even work for my brother at all (he has Android I have iPhone). And you have to sign in with your Apple ID inside the app, which doesn’t work. You have to go through a multi-step process and wait hours for it to work. Second, the links for free super don’t show up. No one can see them. Only one person I sent the link to actually saw it. And Super is very expensive otherwise, and having no credit card on my account means I can’t pay for it. Means I can’t get Super again… Third, dark mode never turns fully off. When I go to the community tab and read a post or answer a question, dark mode turns back on and k have to turn it back off in the settings. Fourth, the app just doesn’t load sometimes. I have great internet but nothing loads. Opening and closing the app doesn’t help. I just don’t get why. Fourth, the information is wrong. Do your research outside of the app first. An example is when you have to fertilize carnivorous plants. NEVER fertilize carnivorous plants. Only feed them a bug or two once a month. The plant’s roots will burn and die from fertilizer, having being native to area with low nutrient soils. Also, it says you have to water some plants like succulents too much or too little than they actually need. Do your research outside of the app, kids. Not all of the info is correct. Personally, I would give this five stars but there’s just too many issues. I also don’t like how the ‘Snooze’ button removes your plant from your Oasis. I had to re-add it again, and the pot measure doesn’t always work. Also, the plant identification isn’t always correct, but that’s normal. I just had some issues with two plants. Over all, if this could be fixed it would be great and I would recommend this to way more people. Thank you for reading all the way!✨✨

Was able to add plants, but after the first day wouldn’t let me log in to my account. Canceled the subscription.

Haven’t even had time to figure out if it has any usable features.. nope. I’ll be going with Planta

I just downloaded this app a couple of days ago and started using it. It is SUPER user friendly! I had 14 of my plants logged in and done within 25 minutes. I invited 4 of my friends to use it and now I have 12 months worth of the paid version for FREE 99!!!! It will remind you when to water your plants and because each plant is different, it keeps up with all the information for you! Get the app! Use it! You’ll be SO glad you did!!! 🌱🌵🪴💕

I have found no use of this app

I hate how you can’t search up a plant and added into the app. The only way to add the plant is by taking a picture of it, but it doesn’t even identify it correctly so I can’t even add the plant correctly into the app. Stupid waste of time signing up.

Servers are down can't connect to Internet can't load anything, even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi and all my other apps work perfectly, clearly the app is bugging, what a mess, not worth three dollars at all

I have THREE MAJOR ISSUES with this app: 1) I specifically downloaded this app to identify plants. I tried analyzing several different plants.. even easy ones, like basic succulents, and not one result was correct. 2) when trying to analyze said plants, the app continuously crashed and would close and restart. And I’d have to perform the analysis on a plant 2 to 3 times before it would process a result. 2) AND THE BIGGEST SINCE I WAS ROBBED OF MONEY: after downloading, I subscribed to the free trial, but after finding that this app was completely useless and buggy, I immediately cancelled the free trial the same day I subscribed. The problem is that I was still charged the $29.99 yearly subscription fee! I tried contacting the developer who told me they couldn’t do anything and to contact 🍎 to report a problem and ask for a refund.. no biggie.. UNTIL 🍎 DENIED MY FREAKING REFUND REQUEST! So now I’m out $29.99 for an app that I deleted from my phone since it’s useless. Great. Anyone who loves your plants as much as I do, FIND A DIFFERENT APP! THERE’S PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM OTHER THAN THIS SCAM.
