Gregorys Coffee

They had a sign for coffee5 5 dollars off first order, I installed the app, no search for drink names so wasted more minutes looking for things to be then told that they are out of stock, then the code did not work and I was told they did not know anything about the big sign they have right in front of checkout, so I said ok let me order without the promised discount, but the app asks for a credit card and does not accept apple pay - wow... Since I pay with apple pay I did not have a card with me so I had to scrap everything and order at checkout so I can pay with my phone.

It would be good to be able to enter a request in a Notes field to specify light chocolate on a mocha, for example. I can think of a lot of other situations where I’d like to send a note to the store so I don’t get bevs that are too sweet. Add a Notes field.

Today is my second visit to any Gregory’s Coffee location. Yesterday was my first. A friend brought me to the 6th Avenue location, and I ordered the Biscotti testarossa. I expected the average super sweet, mediocre-at-best coffee drink. I was in disbelief. I said to my friend, “You have to taste this. It’s actually good. I mean, it’s outstanding.” He looked at me like I had just arrived to watch yesterday’s game. “Uh yeah. I know.” Well, I didn’t and so if you haven’t tried Gregory’s biscotti testarossa, you must. It’s divine. Service is good. People are nice and the store is clean. No negatives.

No matter how many times I try to enter my email for my account it won’t recognize it. I give up!

Great app Better Coffee. Absolutely worth trying and enjoying. Personally I enjoy them over Starbucks by miles. Love to see them expanding with more locations.

Love the variety, price and quality of their drinks and food. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed.
