Doesn't work total waste of time!

This company is at least £5 more expensive then other local minicab companies, do not use them!! Expensive fares, dnt let them get away with it!

After using this service for a number of years I have to let others know to use this cab station with caution,. You get charged for using the boot of their vehicles ie if u go food shopping and u have more the a trolleys worth of groceries, and I took a cab from these guys with my three year old and because I spoke to a member of the staff to complain about an incident I had with another driver the driver of my vehicle assumed I was talking about him and stop his car on a duel carriage way by putney heath at 8pm and told me and my 3 year old son to get out of his cab, don't trust these people if ur a single woman with kids because they put their staff before passenger safety and the drivers take the long route to get to your destination as they charge by mileage if not prebook end or not quoted a fare

Their phone service is great. After the first time, it's automated and couldn't be easier. So I thought I'd try the app - and its just as great, just as easy. Plus you can track your car. GHC to date have been 100% reliable, reasonably priced and professional.

Change the prices at the last minute even though you have been quoted a particular amount. Rude staff on the phone, with plenty of attitude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been using Greyhound cars in South London for years and always been very happy with the prices and service. The app itself has a great user interface that makes it very simple to use. useful features like being able to track your taxis location are handy and remembering previous favourite address' makes the process of ordering very fast. Recommended.

Stumbled across these guys by accident a few weeks back and used them a bunch of times since from various places around London. They've arrived on time or early to every booking (even when I've booked 20mins out), didn't charge extra because they had to wait a couple mins, and have been friendly and clean and definitely much cheaper than Addison Lee. Booking though an app is gold as I hate booking cabs over the phone and with my cc details stored there's never any worry about having cash on me. The app does everything you need and extremely easy to use. Great stuff!

Get a taxi/minicab anywhere in london. No waiting for the phone to be answered. Sends a cabs straight away. Greyhound cars is a great company. Cheaper than Addison lee and better
