Greylock ManageMyCard Reviews

Pointless

Only shows transactions, no balance history. Wallet shows transactions which makes this app pointless. Balance and a widget would be great.

No balance

Is it ridiculous to have two apps for the same account? Yes! This app only shows transactions, you have to log in to the other app to see your balance, and that app shows transactions as well. So I don’t understand why this app exists. Except to tick me off and show me that this new card orocessing service they use is horrible. Considering switching banks because of too many inconsistencies…… which you shouldn’t have in banking!!!

Updated but still not perfect

I understand the frustration around this app as I had not been able to use it for a long time, but today I was able to login properly. I know they just released this major change in the system and it is understandably going to have hiccups near release, yet there are still some to be fixed. I cannot see my balance on the app as of now. I believe that may be one of the most important pieces to a mobil banking app, and I cannot understand why that is not there. There are some cool features such as being able to see more accurate transaction history, control notifications, and the options to set dates if you plan to travel. I think this app will be great once it is fully complete, but they may have rushed to put this out and there’s some more work to be done

Terrible

I’m seriously considering changing banks if this type of card service becomes normal. I am not pleased.

bad

cant even open the app. it just gets stuck on a spinning loading screen and never opens. greylock should really be thoroughly testing this and making sure it works before they put it out to people.

Frustrating Application

This app is the absolute worst app I have ever tried to use. Cannot even get past the login page is very frustrating. Been trying to log in for over 10 hours.
