GreyMist的理念如同logo的樣式，對於熟練空中舞蹈的舞者來說，十分需靠肌肉鍛鍊與柔軟度的肌肉記憶來支撐起整場看似柔軟的舞蹈動作，甚至是而這些看似像雲霧般柔軟的施展，其實藏著長期運動的熱情，就算瘀青受傷也必須堅持的那股意念。
在GreyMist的品牌內，我們把鍛鍊的過程表現成一個循環，從鍛鍊到身心發熱，揮汗後與空氣結合行程的霧氣，就好比是從水分子，蒸發成水蒸氣的循環，在時間的淬煉上，如煙霧般網上飄散的GreyMist…歡迎愛運動的你成為我們的一份子。
