Strength trainer and tracker for GreySkull to gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat. This app is like a strength and muscle building coach in your pocket. It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

Best app for GreySkull

This is the best app to build muscle using the most simple program, GreySkull. The premium is so much worth it. I’ve made tremendous progress using this app. Lots of great features such as increment, deloads, rear timer, plate calculator and so much more. I can easily switch to another variation. Five stars.

Best strength training app

I've used many fitness apps and this is be far the best one. It makes it so easy to follow the GreySkull program which is one of the best strength training programs. The pro version has many useful features such as warmups and plate calculator. And to top it all its a one time fee. Would recommend to anyone starting on their fitness journey.
