While logging in app gets stuck on the loading screen with message “Good things take time, and great things will happen just now.”. But that good thing never happens.

I am experiencing an issue with the GreytHR app on my iPhone. Despite enabling location access in the app settings, it does not seem to function as expected. This is affecting features that rely on accurate location data, such as attendance marking or other location-based functionalities.

Can’t even login it always shows server error.

Constantly update not good for user experience

There is a glitch in app, if you delete the app and download again. It login with asking credemtial.

Absolutely Terrible Experience with Greyt HR Software I regret choosing Greyt HR software. It has been an absolute waste of time and money. From the start, the staff and implementation team have been incredibly unprofessional. They lure you in with cheap services, but once you sign up, you’re left without any real support or solution to Software issues. The technical knowledge among their team is shockingly poor. I had multiple interactions with Deepa from Bangalore, as well as Nithya, Praveen, Deepak, and Shakthi from the Chennai team, and it was a frustrating experience every time. They seem completely lost when it comes to resolving issues. One of our biggest problems has been attendance syncing. They don’t even understand why it's failing, and I have wasted countless hours trying to get this sorted out. WORST attendance and salary calculations with errors, leading to so many issues for our employees. Overall, if you're looking for reliable HR software with proper support, stay away from Greyt. 1/10 rating
