Confusing terminology. Clunky interface. I consider myself highly tech savvy. I could not figure how to set a light scene using a timer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve relied on this App to switch a hard-to-reach power outlet. The App and associated hardware has usually been very stable and reliable. However, I’m not convinced that enough has been done to ensure it remains relevant (updated) for iOS18 and above. Upon opening the App I often get nothing much more than placeholders for the GUI elements. I expect this to be resolved by 30 November 2024. I’ll update my review if it hasn’t. Update: I still use this because it EVENTUALLY works but can take up to 11 seconds to catch up to my inputs. AND THAT’S JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! If I press a button I expect instant results, not excuses. Fix this NOW. Pucking Fathetic!

Previously you could log into the same account on multiple phones to give multiple people access to the system (which the app itself recommends doing). However recently the app disconnects from all devices if someone else has it open at the same time with the same account. This is highly frustrating, as background app refresh keeps the app “open” in the background and effectively ends up locking all but one person from using the app unless you manually swipe up after every time you use the app. This annihilates any convenience, which is the entire point of the system.

When using the app with a door lock you can’t set the year when setting up temporary access codes.

Recently updated the app and now I’m not receiving any phone notifications. Only notifications when I open the app. Can anyone help? Thank you

If you like constantly waiting for this pathetic app the load then this is for you. Don’t expect instant security with this trash, it takes minutes just to load up your camera to see if people are trying to break into your home, it’s super laggy slow and frustrating. Don’t bother.

This stupid app won’t let me log in it keeps telling me to make an account, and when i try to make a new account with my same details it said i have an existing account but won’t let me %€^>ing long in

Please include mark on screen to get only specific notifications for camera app, it gives notifications without any reason for full screen.

Every device and app I get seemlessly connects to my home wifi. My router has both 2.4G and 5G bandwidth and the robot cleaner I got won’t connect to the 2.4G with this app as it’s not compatible with the 5G. Supposedly the ap suggested to change the name of the router to include the “2.4G” in the band /wifi name. Took me an hour and still won’t work. Pretty poor. I know what is the 2.4G wifi but it’s stuck on the 5G and won’t connect aaargh.

Want the widget back. App hasn’t been updated in 4 months!
