There’s always a problem it seems like. The first was ok now with this new update it has more problems and I have to keep letting mofos in front of my scheduled appointment time because the app wants to act slow.

The new app/update will not accept my donor id. The app says to go into the donor center, the donor center says to contact app people. It is a lot of problems for the poeple at my center. Please do an update or help me get the app to accept my donor id. PLEASE

I was locked out for 30 minutes because theres no indication that I’m attempting multiple logins I’m so angry I don’t even want to donate or use this garbage app

The scheduling process wasn’t intuitive to at first because I was looking for a “schedule” button that the developer decided to label “donate.” Overall the app does work well. Two requests for a future update, one is to have a direct route for customers to give app feedback. I tried to but the links directed to the Grifols site in general instead of a landing page. The other is to make it so that my iPhone automatically prompts me to input the keychain (saved) password for Grifols.com into the Grifols app. I switch accounts a lot to schedule my donation with my husband’s. I’d say a “switch accounts” feature would be even nicer but the keychain prompt would be almost as good.

Was good , the facility and donations, staff here are great. However, since the August update. I have not been able to access my account at all. Can’t make an appointment. Can’t cancel an appointment. Can’t login. System does not recognize me. My local keeps telling to reset my password. Though I have told them on three occasions its not. I have changed my password three times in the last three weeks, including this week. I change the password and I get logged in once. Limited functionality, the i try to log in again and it doesn't recognize me. i don’t know what i’m suppose do. They never answer the phone, like ever! So Thats not a viable option. And i’m sure not going to keep doing what i have been doing doing. Drive down, no appointment till the following day. Drive home, go back the next day. There goes the little compensation we get. I’m sure this week it, will the same. Change you password. Hey how bout this. How bout I find another place to donate. Then i can you should answer your phones once in awhile!! Made an appointment for today via in person. Needed to cancel couldn’t cancel. No app and no answer!! Now i’ll get Email Saying sorry we missed you. Did you know you can download our app to make and cancel appointment. Yeah right!! Just absurd!!!!!

New update is a much worse product. I have to sign into the app every time I open it which was not the case before, this also includes signing in for the pre check up. This makes the app much less streamlined and is just tedious. Scheduling appointments also are worse now, you use to be able to open the app and see all your appointments now it only show the most recent appointment. The app doesn't even allow me to see all the appointments I have currently. Also you used to be able to schedule your appointments two weeks ahead and that no longer seems the case. The old app was very simple and convenient, and it didn't waste your time. This is a clear example on trying to fix what wasn't broken.
