Iv been trying to playing this a while but when u first start says to enter ur name and it won’t let me I’m gutted tried everything as-well

So I recently bought the full game however once my payment was completed the audio crackles and the app crashes You can then never open the app again as it crashes in 2 seconds within opening the game I’ve tried re-downlading it but same thing happens when you choose already paid. No I have to wait for an update to play this game. UPDATE- I updated the game in 2020 and it still crashes - you get two seconds in on the opening cutscene upon booting the game up and the it crashes and sends you back to the home screen in this case my I pad - now I don’t see the developers actually fixing this issue as they would’ve done it by now ... it’s probably been 3+years since this game came out anyways I hope this is useful to anyone - most importantly. DON’T BUY THE GAME or in this case download it as it’s free but will require you to buy the rest of the game like all of their games do - I’m a long time player of these games.

A good game like all the grim tales not quite a 100% a few hiccups along the way,good HOPs It took quite a few goes at playing the game and bonus game. Didn't hold my interest for long like other games but still good.

I started the game and was really enjoying it. However, now every time I try to open the app I just get a blank black screen. I've tried refreshing it numerous times which has worked with Big Fish games before, but it just won't open. Time to get my money back!

The keys are not registering my touch and so I can’t even type in a name or click on “ok” to get to the game

This is the third game from Big Fish that I have installed on my new phone that won’t play. I have installed other games from other developers with no problem. It’s sad because I have been playing this developer’s games for years. Not anymore.
