Grimaldi's Pizzeria Rewards

It doesn’t matter if I order through Uber eats or DoorDash through the grimaldis app. No matter that I get the drivers that cannot read simple instructions. It says “please leave inside the front porch gate on top of delivery box”. Pretty simple instructions. Although this lady couldn’t even figure out how to get to the front gate. She called me twice. I opened the door and said just go 15ft to your left and there’s a big huge driveway entrance to the front door. Then she left the ice cold pizza on the ground. Lol. I mean I can’t make this stuff up. It’s been happening for almost a year. 👌🏻👌🏻. I will never order delivery again.

I’ve tried many times on many occasions to get the app to work and it always fails.

This place closes randomly in the afternoon to clean the ovens and the app won’t tell you until your pick up time is an hour and a half until after you already order

There is a section on the app for promo codes. I called and asked if they had any promos and the person on the phone laughed and said no like it was a weird question. If you don’t have promos you probably shouldn’t have it on the app. Plus 35$. For a medium pizza I thought was a little pricey

App has stopped loading. I've un-installed and reinstalled several times and it still will not load. The update 3 months ago apparently made any issues worse rather than better. Also - they don't respond to issues here, so I'm not sure why I bothered writing a review.

This is not the first time I have placed an order to go and have waited a lot longer than expected. I was told tonight my Oder would be ready by 7:14pm…it is not 7:42pm and still waiting 😠

No where to put notes. Not everything on the pizza is listed. Errors checking out. Inaccurate pickup times, missing reward points. This app is a nightmare. I didn’t think ordering a pizza could be this hard.

I had this pizza in Tampa, Fl it was amazing. I’ve eaten it twice here in DFW area and it tasted like it was cooked the night before and reheated. Then I didn’t even get my free pizza for my birthday. I’ll just won’t order it to go.

What the title says. Wanted to change from pickup to delivery and couldn’t even do that, or cancel.

Ordered pizza a few days in advance for pick up at 345pm. The restaurant does not make pizza during that time however. The app should not allow you to buy pizza during a time when pizza is not being sold
