Haven’t been able to log into my account for a while, received a check and letter stating my account was closed. Don’t waste your time applying for this low budget account.
App crashes
Overall has potential but the little things matter. Every time I try & bank transfer the app crashes.
App Issues
My app was just working a few days back. Now when I log in it says error and doesn’t save my new password. This is inconvenient for customers to not be able to login to their accounts
Unsolicited debit card
Will send debit cards to unverified accounts. Don’t use don’t trust
Needs to be fixed
The app is super weird everytime I try to link my external bank the app automatically just closes out. I literally just downloaded and signed up for the app last night and already so many issues. Then I keep getting a message at the top of the screen that says I’m not authorized and I need to visit plaid.com or something so I did that and when I went to sign up it looked liked I had to purchase something it’s very weird app not happy and will not be recommending to anyone until it’s fixed
Face ID
This could easily be a 4 to 5 star app but it desperately needs Face ID it’s really hard having to type in an email and password everytime u use it and the remember me feature on iOS is useless because it doesn’t even remember your email I have to type it in every time use the and also the money transfer feature is broken and have been for months I’m not to transfer money into another account using the app
Awesome product~
For anyone looking to get a debit card I highly recommend Grind24. The coolest things are that I’m able to get my paychecks sooner through work just by setting up direct deposit in the app & I’m able to earn interest on my money just sitting in my account! Also, functionally the app is a lot easier to navigate through than a lot of other banking apps I have tried.
Customer service
Customer service for this service is terrible I have had a run around experience all morning on today I have not reached a live agent who can look over my entire account who can pull up profile I opened an account and have yet to receive my funds from my employer also to add the banking service that the card is issued through doesn’t have me in the system no help from no one GRIND 24 or BLUE RIDGE BANK TERRIBLE
