The Gritty Talent app has been designed by factual TV professionals who believe that diversity in the UK media industry should be a given. We want the TV you watch, or audio you listen to, to reflect all the experiences, voices and perspectives of UK audiences. We’re leading this change by creating a central point where talent can be matched and connected to decision-makers in TV and media.
