We are a team on a mission to help people let go of heavy emotions by rewriting the stories of their past through affordable Group hypnotherapy.
Our purpose is to teach principles of Life Mastery so our clients can own their OWN minds—creating the thoughts, emotions, and images that shape their reality.
Our vision is to inspire deep lasting transformation and make hypnotherapy affordable to families all over the world so they can create healthy relationships, Heart Body Mind and Soul- which is the Japanese meaning of Kokoro.
How long have you been in business?
Emotionally I started my business when I hit rock bottom 15 years ago and decided to change myself. We officially launched March of 2022.
Hypnotherapy became a great fit, combined with my life coaching background.
Our business is not a conveyor belt system. We are unique because we use patterns that apply to everyone and allow the client's individual needs to customize the content. Six months after finishing school, I started giving hypno sessions intuitively without the use of scripts, so every session is unique.
Tell us about your business. (Structure)
We have developed a proprietary system that guides clients through three key stages to overcome six key areas: anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, addiction, and divorce recovery. We offer a 5-day challenge to get started, followed by a 6-week integration program, then a year-long community support program for deep, lasting transformation. Those who desire to share their transformation story can also opt in to our affiliate program.
What inspired you to pursue your profession?
You've probably heard the saying that "your mess IS your message." As a young mom, I struggled with anger addiction, and depression. As I teach people to own their OWN minds, I hope to inspire others to live their purpose- to empower those who suffer emotionally, as I once did, to learn to use their voice, create strong personal boundaries, decrease codependency, abuse, and manipulation, and increase the strength of healthy relationships —creating a ripple effect and a legacy of people who choose to change themselves and lift others, instead of changing others and lifting themselves.
What would you like the listeners to know about you?

Because of my past of feeling controlled, I am the hypnotherapist who does not believe in the traditional ideas of hypnosis.
I believe we all struggle with the same things in different ways, and that we're all on a journey of becoming better.
I am living proof that a depressed angry Mom-zilla can transform to become alive again, to live with divine alignment, acceptance, creating connectedness, living with my true needs met, and full of light and joy more and more every day.
