Group Xpense - track & split

This is really easy to use and great for keeping track of holiday expenses both before you go and whilst away. Easy to add exchange rate to convert cost in foreign currencies so you can keep track in your home money.

Brilliant, has taken all the hard work out of sorting out who owes who what, accounting magic!

For a night out with mates, or a weekend away, this app is amazing. Keeps track of who spent what and gives a very clear breakdown of how to settle up at the end. So simple to use, we were battered and still kept track of the night…. although sometimes it’s not fun to see how much a night out actually costs

Not so keen on some of the latest updates ie the person spending is now on a scroll and auto populates as easy to miss changing it And the reports are now not so great. I liked being able to just what’s app a simple report. Now I have to create a pdf and email it Still the easiest one I’ve found to use

Extremely easy to use. My only issue is the settlement can be a bit complicated with the suggestion that at least one person (sometimes more) in the group has to pay 3 separate people. I usually act as banker and collect all the money in before paying those owed.

No username or password nonsense - just start using it straightaway! When all you need to do is have different people spend the money and then tally up at the end, this is the simplest app that I've found.

Used this app for a group tour of friends. Fantastic way to keep track of overall expenses as well as accurately equitable distribution by each member.

Love the app, but I have a feedback, once we have settled the amount, better to have a archive option of that trip that staying in same page. Currently only delete option is there. I don’t want to delete, but archive it. Developers see if you can include it. Otherwise just love this app. It simple and apt as needed for me without much of chaos.

Its a best app to manage group expenses.

Good and simple app. It shows total expense of the group but does not show individual level total expense. How can I know what is the total expense of the trip for an individual.
