I hate the app. Figure out your own layer of protection. All the hoops to jump through just to sign in is crazy. Plus your mobile app is just as difficult
Logging in
I don’t like how often you have to change your password. Also you do not have the option to view the password you put in.
GRSB App
Overall really good. Easy transfers in bank and to another financial institution. Secure. Desire: Alerts-able to set low balance, large deposit, etc. Ability to make Principal Payments on-line
