I am not able to enroll myself into a saving scheme online through the app. Please fix the bug.
Every time we login it’s asking new login password or says pass expired user logged out need lot of improvement don’t just concentrate on getting money please consider customer time and their hard earned money also
We are using this app to pay monthly payment but every time it is giving us hard time to complete the payment. Status of the payment is not updated instantly. App is getting closed automatically before payment processing and after that if we try to pay it is restricting us since status is showing as payment in progress
The app need to be fixed, I am not able to pay amount online for any purchase plan
The submit button after OTP is place too low and mostly out of the screen and there is no option to scroll also. Had multiple failed attempts in the past. When contacted customer care, they politely asked me to use the desktop website which I honestly did. My doubt is why have an app that can’t help the customer pay his or her JSS advance ? This month strangely pay now button was absent in website but present in the app and after the OTP, the submit button was visible as a thin line in the bottom of the screen and I was lucky that it worked and payment went thru’
App is not at all working, cannot login with the username always showing error I tried in 3 devices
It’s really difficult to make purchases on this app. It’s disappointing that one of the largest retail chains offers such a poor shopping experience. Buying through this app feels like a nightmare.instead of spending in ads pls improve the app .
While trying to pay my Gold scheme, whenever I tried to change the method of payment, it says the payment due is completed. Which affects my user experience and delays my payment. I have been facing this issue since long back. It would be great if this kind of bugs are resolved at the earliest.
I am purchasing Gold coin frequently. I would like appreciate the services of pantry and their services are really good. Thank for service people selvi and. Rajeshwari for preparing good coffee and tea
