Do NOT Pay for this App!
This app hasn’t worked for us at all and doesn’t connect to our car or allow us to schedule appointments with the dealership. Service department has tried to fix it and finally told us there’s nothing else they can do and to work with the sales team to get a refund if possible (TBD at this point). It cost us $2500. When we bought the Volvo XC60, we asked the finance employee not to include this in our contract, since we will be moving out of TX soon and it only connects to the Grubbs dealership. We were at the dealership for 7 hours and exhausted by the time we walked out. We later found out this app was tacked onto our contract after repeatedly telling the woman we didn’t want or need it. It has not worked a single day for us. We can’t schedule service appointments and the tracker doesn’t connect to our car. It’s the most worthless $2500 I’ve ever spent. We are currently working with the sales team to have this remediated.
