The app kept crashing, and orders were lost. Kept logging me out repeatedly— as well as poor support. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cancelled last minute due to non availability of driver and still no refund

The product shown on the app and what I received was completely different. After requesting that it be picked up and I receive a full refund, I was told that the suppliers thinks there is nothing wrong. I sent pictures and various message L’s with no avail. I will never use this app again and will never recommend anyone use it. The suppliers here are dishonest and products are poor quality.

Don’t use this up. They take your money. Don’t deliver half of your order and then the order that arrives 40mins late, is something you wouldn’t even feed a dog. They don’t understand that they have to refund the customer, the customer used their service. Customer support is pathetic. Stick to menulog & Uber at least they are reputable

Customer service was excellent and so was the food. Thanks for the long distance delivery we could order things for which we had travel. Great experience.

We ordered twice from them and every time the food took ages to arrive. The taste was good but we had to wait for hours to have it. We will not order again as the kids cannot wait this long to have the food.
