I can’t even open an account. I’m trying to register an account and Im not getting a verification code on my email then after trying multiple times I get an error when submitting my ID. I guess I have to cross the street and grab one from GCOO.

Took it on a 3km ride and it costed 5$. definitely rode scooters for cheaper on the main land of the US and in Europe for longer distances also. App isn’t that camera friendly has issues focusing. It would also be nice to see what a scooter’s battery life is before inputting the QR code. I got lucky and got a scooter with 75% battery. Over not bad just expensive and could definitely look past all the little stuff if it was cheaper to ride.

Why do I need to verify my ID to ride a scooter and why tell me to top up before you ask to verify my ID

It’s a scam to get your personal/banking information. The scooters barely work. Not worth it.

If no star was an option trust and believe I would’ve given it one. Talk about customer service there is none what so ever. I have never in my entire life had to write one of these but I fell like I’m obligated to inform everyone else. Honestly apple should take this down. Because they’re really out here taking money.

Huge scam, please don’t.

The app wont let you scan if you don't have funds loaded. Then when you do finally try to scan. It asks you to verify you phone number and never sends the code. If you try to call about it, you’re left to ring until a voice mail. If you try to message, they will not reply. Heed this warning, and don’t let these people steal your money and personal information.

Stay Away

Don’t use this. They take your money and never send a code to “verify” you.
