Can’t download
After install iOS 12.4.6, the apps can’t download newspaper anymore. Pls rectify it ASAP.

Currently using iOS 12.3.1. When download until 20%, it prompt out message showing failed to download. Please fix it a.s.a.p. Really disappointed.
