It’s a trash app and never connects to my cameras. Spinning wheel of death every time.

The system works great, but The App continually drops out saying my network or mobile phone might be unstable (2006) This happens on at least a dozen different mobile devices on three different systems. So it’s definitely an app issue.

When trying to get a verification code to sign up I never receive one. I have tried this several times even checking spam mail and nothing comes up.

The notifications always say “new alert from <ip address> and don’t use the camera name. This is incredibly annoying with 9 cameras and not knowing which is going off until the app is open. The notifications list never refreshes when opening properly, it just spins and then has to be loaded manually with a swipe down action. The UI is clunky and there are a lot of errors but overall the rest of the app is good. I want to like the app but I wish the notifications were useful.

So far I can see the pictures on the cameras, but it keeps loading, the picture never changes. Pretty disappointing!

That app needs a serious update. I cannot connect to the system, unless I’m having the app running all the time and checking the live feed constantly. Junk.

I was have problems with network error 401 and I gave this app bad review. But I take that back. Now with new iOS version in late January 2024. Now stable and does not crash. This was not an onwote issue but instead an Apple iOS issue. The app is super fast, clear on both my iPads which I link to my onwote nvr to view all my cameras. I have both 4K and 6k onwote cameras and updated nvr. Great cameras great nvr and great app. Well done onwote. I’m a 3 generation user of their cameras. Latest 6k the best.

The new releases of the app still continue to crash when running on iOS.

Just got a new camera system stalled. This is the app they installed with my new system. I have 14 cameras in system. And app is horrible. If I get a notification. I get on app. By the time it logs in it’s to late. I can’t even see anyone at front door. Not even if I’m on cellular network or at home WiFi. It logs on after like 4 times. It makes you think your logging on and download goes up to 95% then just stops. Definitely looking to change app. Do not recommend. Sorry.

I wish someone could help this app continually fails to work and ever since the latest update to iOS it constantly crashes as soon as you open it and take several times for it to open and once it does open, usually get the spinning wheel death and it doesn’t connect to your NVR. This is very concerning as this is supposed to be a security system and give me some comfort and the ability to view my business or location whenever I want to and the way this works is whenever it wants to. This needs some serious attention, and I hope Apple can step in and contact these developers so this can be remedied once and for all.
