App is only working on wifi as long as i’m at home but not over the mobile data ..

The app works for a while then fails in a whole lot of different ways. This app is not fit for purpose and as the only option to support the Uniden hardware. Recommend you purchase your security cameras from another OEM.

This app is absolutely ridiculous. Playback is not usable whatsoever as the moment you click in, it all goes warped and you lose all options. Daylight savings constantly messes up and can’t be easily fixed which then also messes up the playback feature. Feels like the cameras are a waste when you can’t use the important functions. Get to fixing it hey!!!

App is a pain. Cant play back camera captures App auto turns and screen blurs not allowing me to see the live screen Super basic app will be upgrading soon and i wouldnt recommend Uniden security package. Price is high but quality and usability is low.

2 years ago they updated it yet still rubbish 2 years ago come on same here iPhone , no play back feature no more go to large screen and it condensed to a thin view and useless ! Get your act together at this stage won’t be updating to a new system not a uniden one at least ! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can enter the iPhone Settings - General - Date & Time - turn on the "24-Hour Time", the playback function will return to normal use. Terrible apps and its support! Waste of money and time to buy this product. Next time, I won’t buy any product from uniden unless there will be a 1 year return policy and trial satisfaction.

Since the iOS 16 update the app is almost unusable with an iPhone. I’ve contacted Uniden and I’ve been ignored. Do not buy the cameras from Uniden. Now the product is essentially unfit for purpose (for iPhone users). I rely on the app to see what is on the cameras and for weeks I have not been able to use the app properly. When I click one camera it condenses the camera view, cuts a bit off and rotates it 90 degrees clockwise. Settings do not resolve this issue. The single camera view is useless. This is a major selling point for the camera system and to exclude Apple customers is a major mistake.

App keeps crashing and screen rotating randomly since iOS 16 update. Please offer an update to the current version of the app. Thanks
