Guardian 365 Pro

Doesn’t always provide notifications on my iPhone even though all settings are OK for this. Often loads to 97% and then hangs. Difficult playback features. It’s just not reliable enough considering this is a security App where reliability is essential.

God the new update is sooooo much better and fixed so many bugs!

An Update!! Woo hoo! Everything is working again! Works quite well too! Left my old review below. Gonna give it 4 now! All of a sudden my system can’t play back recorded events.... I have to go to live camera/recorded/hard drive and then scroll through the events on the time line.... Anywhere but on the wifi at home I get 93% and then error.... what happened????

The new version of the app no longer works properly. Unable to view camera remotely, will only work on local network. When you try to delete the camera to try and set it up again, the app logs you out. Will now have to go an buy another brand of camera.

Huge improvement with the app, all channels now load extremely quick even when loading 4 at a time, where before hand it would take its time to load 1 channel.

This version is no good the older version was much easier and simple to use is it possible to download the old version please

App constantly crashes

Been using the app for over a year. Now I can’t even get into the app and keeps deleting, as soon as I click on it! Deleted app several times and reinstalled. Still not working!!!! Motion detectors have always been average. Do your research and probably look for something else! Now I’m stuck with these cameras and an app that doesn’t even work! Pointless to have this if I can’t even monitor our home security! Rubbish!

Every time I now open the app it auto closes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it does the same thing.

Tried restarting my phone, deleting app then reinstalling but the app still crashes every time I try to launch it. And now it just shuts down every time I try to launch it.
