Guardian Protection

The cameras are offline 80% of the time with exception of the doorbell cam. Troubleshooting instructions have worked once.

Guardian issued an update that made my less than 2 year old Vintage security installed cameras obsolete! Took 4 customer service calls to get a straight answer and the bottom line is I’m locked in a 5 year contract and will have to pay several hundred dollars for their “New” cameras to be installed that are compatible with the firmware update.

I don’t see how to turn them off. You send me reminders that I’ve used too many every month. Send a reminder on how to do this.

Usually the app alerts me to all movement outside. It still does that but since last update, there is a lag saved it’s not as reliable in capturing video and alerting. Most frustrating is that now when i click on the link in texts to see what was captured, half the time I now get a “You don’t have permission” to view content. This never happened before and is a BUG that needs to be fixed. What’s the point of an alert if I can’t see the picture captured from video? It’s sporadic so clearly a bug and not my settings. Please fix!

App does not respond. Poorly executed transfer from Vintage to Guardian. U r asked if U want to set-up a pass-code or face ID, and it requires U to do both vice one or the other COMPLETE TRASH

Been using this app on my iP7 for 2+ yrs and use it as much/maybe more than other apps. Useful. +1

We have been a customer for at lease 7 yrs and our device has not worked in about a year, we were told for someone to come out and look at the problem it would cost 125.00 and 30.00 every 15 minutes! That is ridiculous,we would get rid of it but was told it would cost over 700.00. This is not good service at all. Will not recommend Guardian to anyone else... Mike Catus

App says password is incorrect and sometimes thinks it’s ADT and uses my old ADT house as its login..

2/3 of my cameras do not work they will not link to the service and I have to pay for them to come fix it when they cannot find out what the problem is
