After update : ios 16.7.11 and ios 18.4.1 can’t use.

Great app to use on my device with wifi connected with its good when I’m out the house and I can see everything on my iPhone highly recommended to have and safe to use thank you

App worked reasonably well until last update now it won’t let me review footage from last 20 minutes it keeps jumping back at least half an hour or more and won’t let you view something that just happened

Can you please fix the server as it’s not working again to see online footage of the cameras 😠

Does anyone know what happened to this app. It use to work perfectly up until a year ago.keep gettig connection fail message when trying to connect on 4G. App has had no updates in four years. Not good considering the money we spend on your systems only to get no ongoing support. Not good for confidence to purchase in the future . Not happy.

Was ok a few years ago but now it never wants to connect to server or just says can’t Connect Please update and fix this problem as I have updated it and it still Don’t work properly 😠

This app has worked ok although at times it has stopped working. The latest issue is that it no longer works if phone or tablet is using mobile network. The phone needs to be connected to a wireless network. This defeats the purpose of the app.

Cheap junk what a waste of time. Complete joke.

This is the second time the apps is down, can even login at all what’s happening ??? Is there any chance use the other apps or definitely I’m not gonna use Uniden cctv camera and switch to other brand
